Incredibly the 26-year-old prop manages to lift Anton Bresler up into the air and hold him upside down before delicately bringing him back to earth.
At over six feet tall and weighing more than 18 stone, Mtawarira is affectionately known by Super Rugby fans as ‘The Beast’ and it’s easy to see why.
It is an amazing show of strength from Mtawarira in a game the Sharks went on to win 25-20 against the Stormers.
