Now that Harry Redknapp has left Spurs – 24 hours after blasting social media rumours as lies what’s the Premier League’s most personable wide boy going to get up to next?
The North London club released a statement on its website this morning saying the club and the one-time favourite for the England job had parted company.
Everton manager David Moyes was installed as favourite in Paddy Power’s online betting to take over at Spurs after Redknapp’s four-year tenure came to an end.
Redknapp had been nibbled at in the next permanent manager of Chelsea market when details of his contract wrangle became public but Robert Di Matteo has since been given a two-year contract.
Spurs narrowly missed out on a Champions League play-off place when London rivals Chelsea lifted the Champions League trophy denying them the fourth-placed spot.
Tottenham now face a battle to keep players such as Luka Modric and Gareth Bale at the club next season.
But if Harry ends up at one of Tottenham’s Premier League rivals will he be able to poach the pair?
