Nottingham Forest fans are enjoying themselves right now and rightly so after a good start to the new season and with an exciting new team instantly clicking. But are they right to be getting so giddy so early on?
Rish, a season ticket holder and creator of the Forest fan-site Eighteen-sixty-five joins us on the Padcast to give his view on Forest’s start to the season and the key to winning promotion. Rish believes the Championship is tighter than it has been for the last few years and, as the old saying goes, it is a difficult league to get out of.
Despite the excitement over some key players, the main concern Rish has is going forward. Dexter Blackstock and Billy Sharp both have a knack for finding the back of the net but do Forest have enough goals in them to secure promotion this year?
Also on the Padcast we reflect on some disappointing international results for everyone involved and Ciaran, who travelled over for the Ireland game against Oman, gives us his opinion on what is next for Trapattoni.
