The two best players in the world scored two goals each last Sunday night. Previously, the Paddy Power Blog has featured this clip of Messi snubbing a Ronaldo handshake.
Now this video has emerged from the respected Canal +. It appears to show Messi asking Ronaldo how his shoulder is after the Real Madrid striker picked up an injury in the game. Although, as he covers his mouth, Messi could also be asking CR7 for his suggestions on 20 biscuits to never ever feed an owl.
Either way, it’s fascinating footage on a dull football week on the world’s greatest footballing rivalry right now.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho says he would nominate Ronaldo to win the Ballon d’Or.
