Nearly €100k was refunded to around 8,000 customers on the 1.05 at Musselburgh on New Year’s day while approximately €50k was given back to 6,000 clients on the 3.15 at Exeter the same afternoon.

I am tired of trying to take a price only to findout the bet was accepted at a lower rice than requested. This needs to be sorted Paddy I may want to bet something at 7/2 but would not place the bet at 9/4.

Not a great way to offer value to any customer. Of course i expect my comments to be removed as they are opposed to Paddy Powers stunt. Two races out of over dozens its hardly a great new years day treat. Both were not advertised before the off so it gave no-one a chance to take it. I may well close my account and go to a good value bookie|

Idiotic post of the day here, what kind of business would give everyone a free purchase? How many races did any other bookie refund all losers in today? Please let me know who you are going to join and I will make sure I dont punt with them as you clearly have no concept of value.
same as Allan, but my slight gripe is that the stunt wasnt really very clear, same as Allan I thought the races involved might be advised in advance, lest it’s not really a free-bet as such, it’s more a ‘possibility of a free-bet’… but still, I should have read the small-print! I ‘bet’ it was all made clear there, I never read the small-print! Oh well, can’t grumble, Paddy Power have been awesome since I opened my account I’ve loved using PP, so I’ll put up and shut up over this one. I still love Paddy Power and wouldnt dream of changing my bookie. PP is the best. cheers :O)

your reply to allan was bang on, what an idiot to think that someone would say if you back a horse inthe (example) 2.30 at ???? we will give you your money back if it loses. PP would be unindated with bets and the phones would be smokeing, well replied Paul
