Both Liverpool and Tottenham suffered shock exits at the hands of lower league opposition whilst Chelsea face a replay, which is arguably worse when you think it involves watching another game featuring a team managed by Rafa Benitez. For supporters of those clubs, it was harder to take than the ball from the grip of a Swansea ballboy.
