Only eight teams have won more FA Cup trophies than West Bromwich Albion’s five. Only seven teams have been to more FA Cup finals.

Somewhat surprising and interesting facts which will have no impact on this Wednesday’s fourth round FA Cup replay. Especially seeing as the last of their five wins came back in 1968. Which was also the last time they featured in a final. That’s not to dismiss their chances as we’ve seen several unlikely candidates make it to Wembley (or the Millenium Stadium) in recent times.
