Both of the Madrid clubs have had alright results in the Champions League. Atleti managed to take down Bayern after a wonderful goal by Saul, while Madrid kept a clean sheet in Manchester against City. The La Liga title race was blown wide open by Barca’s poor form though.

Diego Simeone’s Atleti have scored the least goals of the title contenders but they’ve also conceded the least. Rayo are higher than they probably should be but it’s hard to see them coming away with anything from tonight.

Zizou has to be very careful here. He can’t afford to get anymore players injured ahead of the semi final second leg against City, but he can’t lose ground in the title race by dropping points either.
A hostile northern away trip is probably the last thing he would’ve wanted. Sociedad will be well up for this and I can see them doing damage. Back a draw with both teams to score at
Real Betis vs Barcelona – 17:15 – Live on Sky
Barca have the advantage of kicking off after the two Madrid clubs and no midweek game to worry about injuries. The problem is that Betis can be a nightmare to turn over at home as Messi and co are well aware of.
The Catalonians appear to have gotten over their shocking blip of form but need to keep the momentum going or else they’ll fall from the race at the penultimate hurdle.
